After all these rainy days, the sun finally seems to be back! Let's explore and discover together the most beautiful places within Porto that sometimes even locals who have lived here for many years are unaware of!
We will first walk on the trail going from Gólgota to Massarelos, then we will walk for a while along the Douro river, and after the Porto tram museum, we will take the trail called "Porto Romântico", that will slowly lead us to the Quinta da Macieirinha in the gardens of Palácio de Cristal, where our walk will end. The whole walk will take about 1,5 hour. It's not a difficult route.
At the end of the walk, we will sit in the Parque da Quinta da Macieirinha and will have there an improvised aperitif, while enjoying the sunset on the Douro river.
The small trails along rural paths will give you the feeling of being in a small village, although you are in Porto's heart. On this romantic route you will enjoy picturesque houses and magnificent views over the Douro river and you will have a unique feeling of tranquility that will make you forget that you are in an urban center with a high population agglomeration.

Bring something to drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage) and some snacks for the aperitif, and don't forget your sunny mood!
