Yo por ejemplo nunca me quedo sin perejil fresco y la gente en España suele tener algo de romero en su cocina. Si me dices que añades cardamomo, canela o nuez moscada a tu café te diré que quizá tienes alguna conexión con el Oriente Medio.
¿Pero es tan fácil de verdad? Os invitamos a hablar de todo esto. Let´s SPEAK about this.

• Prepara tu vocabulario de hierbas y especias de antemano.

 Where are you from? What do you have in your kitchen?

I always have fresh parsley, people from Spain used to having some rosemary in their kitchen and if you are scenting your coffee with cardamom, cinnamon or nutmeg maybe you have some connection to the Middle East.
But is all that easy and clear? Let’s SPEAK about this.

• Prepare your vocabulary in advance: check the words of your favorite spices and herbs.
