1 afternoon, 2 activities... a celebration of human connection for increased happiness, fulfilment and well being.

ACTIVITY 1: Free Hugs... bring your own sign saying "Hug me" or "Free Hugs". This experience looks at the idea of trust in public and creating more love in the world.

ACTIVITY 2: Let's share a minute eye contact with strangers in public to rebuild our sense of shared humanity in BRAGA!

The idea is simple... bring a sign that says “Where has the human connection gone? Share 1 minute of eye contact to find out…”. Sit down on picnic rugs, blanket or...and with 2 pillows, cushions or what you think will be comfortable to sit, and invite members of the public to come and share a moment of eye contact.
