Casa do Impacto, with the help of its partners, is organizing Thursdays with Impact - a weekly event that addresses the UN Sustainable Development Goals. In April the theme is the SDG #3 - Good Health and Well-Being. Join SPEAK and Casa do Impacto on the 11th of April at 6PM for the session: "5 moments a day that will keep the doctor away".

We will watch a short Ted Talk and go through a journey of 5 moments during the day that we can do in order to improve our health and well-being in everyday life.  We will ask participants to engage in a reflection of these 5 moments and take into action during each of them. Let's experiment the impact of each moment and maybe even go on a journey of 30 days.
